Key Requirements:
1. Create Custom Post Types.
2. Develop 19 Page Templates. 2-3 pages are designed, the rest are almost entirely assembled from already designed blocks.
3. Implement "Smart" Interlinking and Dynamic Content:
Geo-personalization:
Implement the mechanism for determining and saving the user's city in a cookie.
Header (menu "Services") and dynamic CTA blocks in articles should change their links based on the value in the cookie.
For search bots and new users, the "default version" (links to universal pages) should always be displayed.
"Intelligent bridge": On universal Pillar pages, implement a block with city search and an accordion/tabs that displays links to priority local services.
"Connection map": Using ACF Relationship or Post Object fields, create the ability to link entities together for automatic generation of "Neighboring services," "Related solutions," and "Relevant articles" blocks.
4. Flexible Content Blocks (ACF Flexible Content / Gutenberg Blocks):
All pages should be built not on a single editor, but on a set of custom content blocks that can be added and rearranged.
Examples of necessary blocks: "Hero Section," "Trust Bar," "Card Grid," "Interactive Timeline," "Comparison Table," "FAQ Accordion," "Expert Quote Block," etc.
5. SEO Optimization and Performance:
Clean code: All markup should be semantic, with proper use of H1-H6 tags.
Speed: Maximum optimization for passing Core Web Vitals (LCP < 2.5s). Image optimization (WebP), lazy loading, minimization of CSS/JS.
Schema Markup: Embed automatic generation of structured data in templates: Corporation, LocalBusiness (for each branch), Service, Person (for authors), Article, FAQPage, Review.
