In each line of the list there are two fields: the unchanged "name" and the updated "meaning" field.
2nd Add lines to the list (the add button and the window to enter a new name)

The value of the list fields must be changed during the script (and/or subprocess) process.

Нужно что то вроде монитора:
Вывод таблицы списка (с возможностью перемещаться по нему курсором) и окном "подробнее" по интеру.
Добавление/удаление строк в таблице (кнопки delete/add и окна для них)
Обновление значений (асинхронное) некоторых полей в таблице в процессе работы скрипта. (Это самое важное. Нужно понять как правильно делать, что бы скрипт не начал тормозить в процессе добавления большего кол-ва полей).
