Creating a logo based on a reference
1. Task:
Create a logo that closely resembles the provided reference (see attached file).
2. Requirements:
- Maintain the style of the reference: minimalism, futurism, glowing lines and dots.
- Color palette: match the reference (neon blue, purple, pink).
- Background: transparent
- Formats: SVG, PNG, PSD (with layers preserved).
3. Text:
- Add the name: Growth Lab.
- Font: modern, minimalist, sans-serif.
Important!
- The logo must be clearly readable on both dark and white backgrounds.
- All elements (lines, dots, text) must remain clear and recognizable when scaled down.
- The color palette must maintain saturation and brightness on a light background.
- The text must be contrasting and easy to read.
- The overall style and atmosphere of the logo must be preserved.
- The logo must look professional and attractive in any usage conditions.

Такое свечение на печати невозможно (экран излучает, бумага поглощает). Разве что пробовать делать избирательную лакировку лого, но эффект всё равно будет совсем не тот

Коллеги мы бы хотели чтобы лого был универсальным, но возможно стоит лучше сделать несколько его версий учитывая его нестандартность? Поделитесь мнением, пожалуйста. Например, основная версия - для использования на сайте, баннерах и крупных носителях, упрощённая версия - только основные элементы логотипа (например, линии и точки без текста) для маленьких форматов, вроде иконок или визиток и монохромную для печати, где не используются градиенты или сложные цвета. Что скажите?

Я бы делала монохромную для всех носителей. Градиент — это тренд, причём уже проходящий. + использование только одного цвета на всех носителях существенно улучшит узнаваемость. Несколько версий делается всегда (иконка, вертикальные и горизонтальные версии, полные и сокращённые)

Это инновационная компания, которая ломает привычные подходы и меняет правила игры в своей отрасли. Т.е. нужно найти решение для лого между универсальностью и идентичностью.

Тогда градиент (на печати можно сделать без проблем, но без свечения).
Для веб такой же градиент. А свечение можно добавить в анимацию (например заставка презентации).
