Do we need to perform a full proofread of the layout (comparing the text with the PDF) after completion, or is it sufficient to transfer the text without additional corrections? Are all styles (fonts, paragraphs, master pages) already set up in Figma, and do we only need to replace the content? In what format are the poems: can the text in the PDF be copied, or is it a scanned document that requires OCR?
Cost estimate:
For one book (about 70 poems): 2,000 UAH. If the collaboration is long-term and there will be many books, a fixed price of 1,500–1,600 UAH for each subsequent layout is possible.
Deadlines:
Estimated time: 4–6 hours for one book (including checking indents, hyphenations, and titles). Deadline: within 1 working day after receiving all materials.
