I will install WPML or Polylang, set up separate language versions en/fr/it/es with URLs like ejalina.de/en/ instead of the current auto-translation. I will write hreflang for all page pairs, canonical, and language switcher.
For each version, I will set up an XML Sitemap by language, add SEO Title and Meta Description separately for en/fr/it/es considering the theme of B2B wholesale wedding dress sales. I will check indexing in Search Console after launch.
