Creating a primary SERM/ORM background for a travel website

Tasks:

1. Analysis of current reputation and mentions:

   • Conduct an audit of mentions of the site Tripola.net in search engines and social networks.
   • Identify potential negative or neutral mentions.

2. Development of SERM/ORM strategy:

   • Identify key platforms where the target audience may look for reviews (TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Facebook, Reddit, etc.).
   • Propose a strategy for creating and promoting positive reviews and managing reputation on these platforms.

3. Working with reviews and mentions:

   • Organize the process of writing and posting initial positive reviews on key platforms (including social networks and specialized travel forums).
   • Develop templates for reviews (short and detailed) that correspond to the target audience.

4. Search result optimization:

   • Conduct basic optimization of search queries related to the brand (for example: "Tripola reviews", "Tripola tours in Prague").
   • Organize the placement of PR materials on blogs, specialized sites, and forums.

5. Control of negative content:

   • Develop a plan to neutralize potential negative reviews (responses, replacing information in search).

6. Reporting and recommendations:

   • Provide a report on the work done, including links to created and posted materials.
   • Give recommendations for further work on reputation.

Requirements for the performer:

1. Qualifications:

   • Experience in SERM/ORM of at least 2 years.
   • Understanding of the specifics of working with the tourism industry and English-speaking audience.
   • Ability to analyze search results and develop reputation management strategies.
   • Skills in writing competent texts in English (or working with copywriters).

2. Technical skills:

   • Knowledge of reputation monitoring tools (Brand24, Google Alerts, Awario, or similar).
   • Basic SEO knowledge for working with search results.

3. Portfolio:

   • Examples of successful reputation management cases for service websites (preferably in tourism).

4. Communication skills:

   • Ability to work with reviews (including responses to negative comments).
   • Willingness to collaborate with the client and provide regular reports.

Expected result: a developed strategy and implemented plan for forming an initial positive background in the online space.

Expected outcomes:
By the end of the project, a positive SERM/ORM background around Tripola.net should be formed, with visibility in the top 10 search results of positive and neutral materials.
