Создание поста на канале через Telegram API, язык PHP
Нужна разработка простого php –скрипта, который будет создавать пост на телеграм канале через АПИ по определенному шаблону.
Скрипт будет запускаться кроном (типа: php posting.php)
Версия PHP 7+
Сценарий:
1. Подключение библиотек(если необходимо)
2. Необходимые конфиги (параметры своего канала айди, токены)
3. Другие настройки для постинга, доступные в API.
4. Инициализация переменных тестовыми значениями
5. Создание шаблона для телеграм постинга
6. Отправка через АПИ
7. Отправка уведомления о результате на почту (отправлен успешно, если нет – то информация о ошибке), обычной функцией mail.
8. Простейшие обработки ошибок
Вам нужно заполнить переменные тестовыми данными, и сделать так, чтоб при запуске скрипта, создавался пост по шаблону ниже.

Комментарии к переменным:
$message_img – url картинки с сайта http://mysite.com/pic1.jpg
$some_description – текст
$icon_symbol - иконка
$categories – массив, категории с элементами
$some_description2– текст
$hashtag1 – хэштег
$link_to_site – ссылка на сайт
