It should be concise and convenient for daily viewing on a phone. Main blocks: Marketing (ROMI, cost per lead, CAC). Finance (Turnover, margin by categories, average check). Process efficiency (workload of posts, sales of managers). Who I'm looking for: A person with experience in web analytics and building reports specifically for the real sector (services, retail, ideally — auto services). You should understand the difference between turnover and margin and be able to communicate with 1C specialists in the same language.
