Смотрите. Чтобы собрать и кластеризовать 7500 ключей, для этого нужно обработать скорее всего порядка 50.000-70.000 всех ключей. Почистить, и самое сложное кластеризовать. Такое ядро можно собирать в районе 3-5 недель.
И я бы меньше 600$ за такое не взялся. Это если мы говорим о качественном подходе. Поэтому я решил и уточнить про бюджет. -
