такое сделать невозможно. для сканирования сайта нужел алгоритм, все сайты разные и Вам придётся под каждый сайт писать свой парсер. в случае когда Вы будете использовать один, Вы грубо говоря проверяете сайт на соответствие шаблону и подгоняете всех под один "стандарт" интерфейса/функционала.
