Creation of 2 Spec Ads (Reels/TikTok) for Coca-Cola and Pepsi
67 USD Hello! We are looking for a creative editor / motion designer to create two cool videos (Spec Ads) for the portfolio of an innovative American AdTech startup.
We are engaged in high-tech outdoor advertising in New York — launching street campaigns using 3D holographic backpacks. We filmed our devices with visuals of Coca-Cola and Pepsi in the heart of Manhattan — at Times Square and Broadway.
Task:
From the provided footage, edit 2 separate short videos (one for Coca-Cola, the other for Pepsi) with a duration of 15–20 seconds each.
Visual style:
A luxurious, glossy, "commercial" style (Commercial Look) is needed here. The videos should look like official high-budget advertisements for these brands.
What should be in each video:
- Impactful hook (0-3 sec): A wide shot of nighttime Times Square, a sea of people, huge screens, and in the center — our backpack with bright 3D brand animation (cans, logo, or water droplets). Text on the screen (minimalist, expensive font): "Redefining OOH advertising on the streets of NYC" or a similar high-tech message.
- Main part (3-12 sec): Dynamic shot changes (close-up of the backpack, reactions of passersby, a portrait from behind against the neon city backdrop). The image should sell the innovation of the format.
- Focus on the product: It is desirable to integrate original high-quality b2b footage of the brands into the edit (through beautiful masks or transitions) to connect the image on the backpack with the real product (for example, macro droplets on a Coke can or flying Pepsi ice).
- Final (12-15/20 sec): A title with the brand logo and a neat caption: "Ambient 3D Tech by [Company Name]".
Technical requirements:
- Format 9:16 (vertical, 4K).
- Sound design: stylish, expensive electronic music, quality sound effects (the sound of a can opening, the fizz of soda, the noise of Times Square in the background).
- Critical: Color correction must be rich. The colors of Coca-Cola (deep red) and Pepsi (bright blue) should "pop" on the screen, and nighttime Manhattan should look contrasting and expensive.
- Rolling shutter smoothing: The effect of rolling shutter on street shots needs to be programmatically masked, making the image on the backpack's display as cohesive as possible.
