Creation of a Stalker-RP server in Minecraft

A performer is required to set up a Stalker-RP (RolePlay) server on Forge 1.12.2.
This is an interesting project that will combine world exploration as in the original Minecraft and the atmosphere of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone for RP gameplay (similar to DayZ servers in this theme)
I am looking for a performer who has experience in creating Minecraft servers (preferably Forge).
Has an understanding and knowledge of the STALKER game series (at least familiar with the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone universe)
Understands what RP is and its implementation (Ideally - if there is experience in similar projects)
The server creation is not from scratch, as there is already a host, a ready map, a resource pack, and initial server optimization. There is also a list of mods that will be used as the basis for the content
Needed:
• Transfer the map to the server (save in single-player)
• Set up level loot by zones
• Create a crafting and trading system (economy)
• Implement artifacts and anomalies
• Set up mutant spawn and drops from them
• Balance weapons and armor
• Create basic NPCs and show how to make them
• Add RP interactions
• Leave instructions for further work
Deadline: 1.5-2 months
Submission criteria;
The server starts and runs stably. No mod conflicts. No crashes or unclear load on the server
Works: loot, crafts, artifacts, anomalies, mutants, NPCs, quests, armor and weapons (in balance), RP gameplay is present
The assembly is transferred with: configs, description
I am ready to consider offers with a higher budget if the performer has more understanding of similar projects.
