Просто я увидел в фотографиях, как масками обрезали здания.
Вот и подумал, что вам нужна анимация процесса прорисовки с 0, до конечного здания.
Или вам надо, что бы данные картинки, как вашем примере быстро менялись(переходом), до финального варианта со зданием? -

нам нужно второе. уже все отрисовано, касательно переходов - речь о белой линии которая сменяет слайды

Вам надо было уточнить это в проекте, т.к у вас не самое точное описания проекта.
Я так и понял, просто посмотрев на ваши примеры, думал надо будет переделать, т.к там не самая аккуратная прорисовка. Но раз вам просто нужны переходы картинок со "шторкой", то конечно могу создать данную анимацию.
Но т.к вы отклонили мою заявку, я уже не смогу вам помочь с данным проектом. -
