The building is ready, 5 + 1 floors, 1750 m2.
There are drawings, photos, and videos.
Stage 1 — development and delivery of a complete 3D model of the building, including detailed architecture, facades, main materials, and surrounding landscaping.
Stage 2 — preparation based on the approved 3D model of 3–5 high-quality photorealistic visualizations from the most advantageous angles for use in presentations, marketing materials, commercial proposals, and advertising media.
