Всем привет! Есть документ exel (прикрепил к проекту) вот с такой же структурой как и документ нужно сделать базу данных phpmyadmin что бы выводилась в веб интерфейс на сайте. Ну и конечно же нужна возможность редактировать данные.

Добрый день. А какой бюджет проекта? Какие сроки Вас устроят. На каком сайте это будет лежать? Макет вашего интерфейса, в котором будет редактироваться и выводиться данные?. Сразу скажу что в 100гр, за такую работу браться ни кто не будет + ТЗ абсолютно нету...Тут три года потом будет решаться какая кнопочка, какой цвет и т.д.
