It is important to me that the person has a good understanding of UI in modern SaaS related to design/3D/AI. Ideally, the person should have relevant experience (experience working with icons for software, SaaS), but I will also consider proposals without relevant experience. What matters more to me is that the person is an active user of modern products with beautiful UI/icons. In other words, a match in taste + good exposure is more important than relevant experience.
