Могу сделать в Smart Install Maker или в CreateInstall. Нормального Inno у меня нет.

А реально собрать инсталятор с установкой mssql server expres и создание базы данных, может кто научить?

Если есть инсталлятор mssql server expres, то его можно без проблем запустить из инсталяшки и, в принципе, после установки сервера вполне можно стартануть скрипт создания базы.

это не только в inno setup можно сделать? И реально проверять перед этим какой разрядности винда стоит и относительно этого выбирать установщик... сколько будет стоить такая заготовка , что бы я смог в дальнейшем ею сам пользоватся, подкладывать нужные файлы...
