Здравствуйте. Я вот что-то не припомню чтобы на бинансе где-то можно было получить коммисию за перевод на другие биржи. То есть только по факту. Да и вообще автоматического перевода на другие биржи не упомню тоже. То есть вам детектить коммисию за вывод какой-то валюты? Так ее тоже автоматически не получить. Для P2P да, там можно узнать почти все. А вот про остальное не упомню

Добрый день, комиссия есть всегда и на любой бирже при выводе с одно биржи на другую это первый момент, и как раз таки автоматически имеется ввиду что алгоритм просто посчитает комиссию за перевод и выдаст эту комиссию на экран

Добрый, я не о том. Коммисию за покупку/продажу ордера можно получить из API. Но вот какая коммисия за перевод на другие биржы я в API не видел
