Web Programming — incorrectly specified categories?

Нужно создать плагин ВордПресс для комментариев.

1. Автоматически должны выставляться:

--Дата и время публикации

--Статус модерации: проверен / не проверен (комментарий должен выводиться сразу, а статус меняе админ сайта)

2. В каждом комментарии должны быть возможность добавить поля:

--Заголовок отзыва
--Текст отзыва
--Оценка в звездочках 1-5
--Город
--Компания
--Сайт
--Телефоны

3. Возможность приложить доказательства копии документов/переписки/звонки/выписки оплат, эти данные публиковаться не должны и нужны только для проверки отзыва, после должна быть возможность удалить данные.
