Какая версия ОС на сервере-то? Не все версии Windows допускают удалённый вход несколькими пользователями. Есть неофициальные решения (напр., для Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium - лично проверял, работает).
И, видимо, имеется в виду RDP?
По-моему, категорию Системное программирование можно убрать, поскольку программированием в данном случае не особо поможешь...
