не важно, на чем будет работать программа. важно то, насколько быстро она будет работать. Допустим, появится пример, где количество городов 150, а остановок 10, то есть в этом примере 150^10 комбинаций. Что, на ваш взгляд, тут лучше использовать -- Python или что-то иное?
Поиск приближенного решения нужен в случаях, когда обработка в лоб займет неприемлемо большое количество времени. Для меня это 2-4 часа. Теперь такой вопрос -- сколько комбинаций будет способна ваша программа посчитать за 2 часа? А если оптимизировать, насколько можно сократить эти 2 часа? -
