Хотелось бы получить такой результат (примерно):
1. Скрипт хостится на постоянной основе где-то на лояльном хосте.
Имеет простейшую админку - доступ одного человека с простым
паролем (одноуровневая идентификация), с возможностью установки уровня
цены (от "0" до +NN%, с точностью до десятых процента), скачать
Оттуда актуальный и архивный... Ну, может ещё что по-мелочи.
2. Скрипт по заданному графику (раз в сутки) скачивает файл с
площадки-донора, "рихтует" его под шаблон ПриватМаркет, не меняя
контент по сути (если задано - лишь корректируя цену), и - по запросу
ПриватМаркет (а он запрашивает ежечасно) - сливает на ПриватМаркет
актуальный файл. Статистика... или не нужна, или по-минимуму.
3. Если это разумно (сейчас) - предусмотреть расширение возможностей
в плане того, что в перспективе возможны и другие площадки-доноры.
Тогда - обработка не одного донора, а двух+...
Если проще потом сделать отдельный скрипт для другого донора - то и
ладно, потом - так потом.
4. Какой формат как для донора, так и для ПМ выбрать - на усмотрение
разработчика скрипта, с чем лучше работать ему, и с чем потом надёжнее
работать скрипту.
