Создать тест или квиз на сайте Wordpress
Нужно сделать на сайте WP с помощью какого-либо плагина или закодить что-то типа теста или квиза с вопросами по примеру "выберите вариант 1 или 2" и в зависимости от ответа пользователя показывать следующий вопрос. Тест должен быть на отдельной странице, в конце показываем выбранный пользователем вариант и ставим кнопку "оставить заявку".
Есть блок-схема с вопросами, там получается 5 цепочек по 10 вопросов.
