Вроде как все специалисты у вас есть, необходимые для внедрения - в чем проблема настроить УТ? Или вопрос не в настройке, в во внедрении? Опять же не понятно тогда какие функци вы хотите передать консультанту-аналитику в этом проекте? Отчасти проекте тоже нет никакой информации - хотя бы знать какой направленности проект, например: предполагается интеграция с сайтом на Битрикс, есть также Битрикс24 и необходима его интеграция с УТ и подключение, Телефонии. Компания занимается продажей …. То есть хоть какая-то релевантная информация о вашем проекте - тогда бы и исполнители откликнулись охотнее.
