Специалист на Python
Существует написанный парсер, от тестирован и был приведен в боевую готовность, в связи с уходом программиста который писал данный проект требуется специалист которые разбирается в написании парсеров на Python.
Сейчас парсер не работает, нужно проверить в чем причина и заново запустить и возможно с дальнейшей поддержкой.
Используем scrapy, Selenium и возможно ещё есть либы о которых я не знаю.

А так же > селениум - медленное и "тяжеловесное" решение, вероятно вашу задачу можно переписать на чистых реквестах (раз уж все равно перестал работать), что сильно увеличит производительность и существенно снизит нагрузку и требования для машины, на которой вы гоняете парсер.
