Добрый день! 30 млн. записей для MSSQL это ни о чем. Есть разные способы увеличить производительность. Необходимо для начала сделать анализ фактического плана выполнения запросов , а далее найти оптимальное решение - это могут быть как выбор обычной индексации либо columnstore index, либо использовать Hint(указания для запросов) и т.д.
