Здравствуйте. Компиляция exe приложений - п̶р̶а̶к̶т̶и̶ч̶е̶с̶к̶и̶ необратимый процесс. И декомпиляция (адекватная) - в общем случае идея не из лучших, несмотря на наличие множества инструментов для этого. Если нужно поменять только некоторые числа, не затрагивая логику, можно попробовать это сделать в самом exe. Нужно уточнить суть.

Вы не тот дезасемблер взяли ) А так, делал я когда-то такое, все зависит от размера дизассемблируемого exe
