Main responsibilities:

Setting up and optimizing the KOMMO CRM system for the company's needs.

Managing customer databases, processing requests, and automating workflows.

Supporting proper system functioning, integrating with other company tools.

Developing and configuring sales processes, marketing campaigns, and contract management.

Analyzing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Interacting with other company departments to integrate CRM with other business processes.

Candidate requirements:

Experience working with CRM systems, especially KOMMO.

Understanding logistics processes and core business processes of the company.

Knowledge of automation tools and reporting.

Ability to work with large volumes of data.

High organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with documentation.

Experience configuring CRM to meet business needs will be an advantage.
