Если вы публикуете публичный проект, то вы обязаны описывать проект подробно и конкретно.
Для конфиденциальности давно существует такое понятие, как персональный проект. Вы выбираете профессионала по портфолио и отсылаете ему подробное задание после чего он выдвигает вердикт по цене и сроках

Так что... Опишите подробно и грамотно проект.

Я искренне не понимаю зачем вы тогда тратите время на такой проект.

Я достаточно ясно описал, что ищу от человека и в личной переписке всё с ним обсужу и предоставлю материалы.

Ну вот не хочу я, чтобы материалы индексировались поисковаками.
И у меня есть на это обоснованные причины, о которых я не обязан говорить.

И если уж на то пошло, то объясните мне, пожалуйста, каким образом я должен сделать персональный проект для неизвестного мне исполнителя, когда я не знаю кто будет исполнителем? Я его как раз и ищу.

И да, я выбираю профессионала по портфолио и с ним личной переписке всё обсуждаю и уже после обсуждения договариваемся об итоговой цене и сроках.

Большинство исполнителей так же оставляют шаблонное сообщение и в задаче разбираются только после того, как обсудит его с потенциальным заказчиком.
А задание должно давать ясность о чем речь. А так как я не указываю точный объём, я попросил указать стоимость часа работы.

Вы не объективны, импульсивны и не способны трезво оценить суть фриланс работы.
Рад, что вы меня заблокировали и мы с вами никогда не встретимся в проекте.
