Write SQL queries based on this database that output the following information:
- Employees (first name and last name) and the difference between their total sales in monetary units (according to the price list, without considering the discount) for the entire period and their salary
- A table with sales, which will also include a text field with two possible values - "with discount"/"without discount" depending on whether these sales had a discount or not.
- A list of employees (first name and last name in one field) and the status "young"/'not very young" depending on whether the employee is 45 years old or not.
