Мы пользуемся базой данных Fias на SQL server, которую надо периодически обновлять из ХML-файлов, загружаемых с сайта https://fias.nalog.ru/Updates.aspx
Нужно написать SQL script для установки обновлений из XML файлов.
Причем нужна опция, как загрузки данных полностью, так и загрузки только обновлений.
Также нужно предусмотреть возможность разбиения больших ХML файлов для последующей их загрузки частями.
