СРОЧНО! Небольшая починка PHP скрипта на CodeIgniter

- Не работает страница http://pedagog.info/ru/welcome/postRequirement (отправки заявки ученика).
- Не работает покупка тикетов для репетитора. (возможно из-за пункта выше).
- Система обмена сообщениями внутри админки не работает, только по почте уведомления.
- Проблема с кириллицей, вместо русских букв пишуться ???? (вопросительные знаки).
- Подключить кроме PayPal любой из известных платежных агрегаторов типа Интеркасса/Робокасса

Установка скрипта простая:
- Бросаем все содержимое архива на хостинг
- Переходим для установки по адресу: http://адрес_сайта/install.
- Прописываем настройки подключения к БД.
- Запускаем и пользуемся.
