Две абсолютно разные cms и один человек не может по определению на отлично знать их обе. Так что вопрос поставлен не корректно. Задание пишите под каждый сайт и по другому никак.
Как не может :) Любой уважающий себя разработчик знает несколько популярных движков для примера мой багаж: Drupal, Joomla!, wordpress, MODx, ну и всеми любимый Битрикс :)) Вопрос в другом цена какая будет за знания двух движков )
Любой "уважающий себя разработчик" пишет говно-код в нескольких популярных движках, т.к. ни одного из перечисленных нормально не знает и тулит php везде где нужно и не нужно. А API системы - это вообще пьяный бред разработчиков CMS, любому "уважающему себя разработчику" он нахрен не нужен.
Есть понятие прикладного программирования. Если вы не способны понять систем написанных на одном и том же языке программирования и с применением одного и того же паттрена MVC то это ваша проблема. Не нужно оскорблять других. Здесь речь идет не о том что вам нужно а что заказчик просит :)
Читайте сообщения выше - это об оскорблениях. И читайте внимательно - это об MVC, ООП, API и прочих умных словах. Вы вот с Joomla работаете, шаблоны наверное делаете, модули пишите.... Шаблоны путем переписывания beez_5? А с БД соединяетесь как, функцией mysql_connect() ? А данные из форм как получаете, $_POST['data'] ? Если хотя бы на один вопрос ответили утвердительно, то вступать с Вами в дальнейшую полемику просто бесполезно.

Square sizes of the same photos are generated without problems. The original photo is completely absent on the server - a specific example and link will be provided upon response. Task 2 - warming up the cache of new products. The site automatically parses and adds new products every night (a separate cron script). Page caching is already set up and working, the warming of the main page and categories has already been done - but the pages of the new products themselves are still not warmed up immediately after import, so the first real buyer who opens a new product directly experiences slow "cold" loading. It is necessary to add automatic warming (curl/wget for the list of new products) immediately after the completion of the nightly import. All necessary access will be provided to you after selection. Work format: two separate stages with separate or joint payment for each task. First, diagnostics/analysis with written confirmation of the approach for each task, then implementation.
