Если Вы действительно из Абу-Даби, то знайте, что ПУЭ и СНиП отличаются в разных странах, как и может применяться совсем другой набор "фурнитуры", проводов и.т.д.
Обычно это решается периодом притирки/обучения, но дистанционно что-то сделать сможет только человек, что уже был "на месте" - надо искать персонал совсем на других сайтах.
