I have my startup - susid.com.ua. I created and wrote everything myself, the concept is like a piglet, but not quite. Analyzing the business model, you can see that it doesn't have much time left, there are no orders, no performers, many problems that they cannot solve.
The essence of susid.com.ua is to unite performers - specialists and provide clients with quality services - service.
First, we move away from the model of competition among performers, "I will do it cheaper, no matter how" feedback systems. An order placed by a client who is willing to pay money for a quality service - this is our client, he doesn't care who will do it and worry about how it will be done, he needs to solve his problem, there will be an average cost, or maybe higher for each service, those clients who want it cheaper, go to olx or piglet, where they are loved cheaper. We do not focus on those who are not willing to pay but want everything. A specialist who values his work is also not willing to do it cheaper, so we need to filter out the clumsy at the initial stage, or train them.
The distribution of applications will be even, according to the algorithm, whoever is free, gets the first one, to exclude some do everything, others sit, also exclude the fact that someone registered 5 years ago and has a rating, and someone today, registered, passed the check, work and work not for free, but also like everyone else.
I write in Java myself, looking for someone who can complement and strengthen - back end, front end, marketing.
I see monetization, after reaching a critical mass of users, initially through advertising - adsense, direct advertisers - manufacturers of building materials, sellers of related products. Then possibly a monthly payment from performers or a percentage of completed tasks, while I try the percentage on another project, there are a lot of dishonest people who try to avoid payment by deception, so there are developments on how to solve these problems in the future.
Currently, susid.com.ua is ranked in Google, I observe how it naturally rises in the search results, there is only Russian language, need Ukrainian and in the future multilingualism, possibly expanding to other countries, but there are nuances there.
