Methodologist for online courses for IT specialists

Main tasks for the methodologist:

1. Course program review:

   • Analysis of the current structure of courses, lectures, and workshops.
   • Suggestions for improvements, adding new elements that align with the course objectives.
   • Preparation of comments for each module, improving logical sequence.

2. Development of pricing packages:

   • Offering several pricing plans (basic, advanced, VIP) considering the target audience.
   • Development of differentiated service packages, including consultations, individual sessions, support, and certificates.

3. Recommendations for homework assignments:

   • Preparation and setup of assignments to practice key skills.
   • Development of a feedback and self-assessment system for students.

4. Implementation of course surveys:

   • Suggestions for strategic points to include surveys and questionnaires for students (at the beginning of the course, after each module, at the end of the training).
   • Advice on improving student interaction with the course through feedback.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in developing educational programs and courses, especially in the IT field.
• Deep understanding of technical interviews for developers (algorithms, data structures, problem-solving).
• Ability to work with an English-speaking audience, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of modern online learning methodologies.
• Experience with platforms for creating online courses will be an advantage (LMS systems, for example, Thinkific, Teachable, LifterLMS).

We offer:

• Hourly payment (discussed individually). 74 hours are expected.
