Мы ищем человека, который хочет научится продажам и хочет дальше развиваться в этом направлении. Ты можешь пройти стажировку за 13 дней, начать зарабатывать от 30000 рублей с первого месяца работы и выйти на руководящую должность за 45 дней.
Обязанности
-Искать B2B отделы продаж для автоматизации.
-Звонить по SIP-телефонии и вносить данные в amoCRM.
-Формировать КП и Договора. -Встречаться с клиентами в Skype/Zoom, вести переговоры, согласовывать и подписывать договора, закрывающие документы.
-После подписания договора передавать клиента руководителю проектов.
Требования
-Активная жизненная позиция, честность, смелость, быстро учится и внедрять новое.
-Опыт холодных звонков. -Общительность и любовь к клиентам. -Опыт работы с CRM.
-Опыт использования Google Документы, Skype/Zoom.
-Собственная база B2B клиентов с отделами продаж станет преимуществом.
-Условия работы KPI+процент с продаж. Средний доход менеджера в нашей компании - 45 000 руб. Самый успешный менеджер получает от 80 до 90 000 руб. в месяц. Всегда выдается вовремя, на карту.
-Рабочий график: пн-пт с 10:00 до 19:00. -Удаленная работа в инфраструктуре компании.
-Молодой (средний возраст коллег - 26 лет) и дружный (раз в месяц мы общаемся в Zoom) коллектив.
