Доброе утро! Вопрос на миллион. Вам нужен дизайн страницы или таки изменение имеющейся страницы?
Дизайн - это макет страницы, картинка, которую потом надо оживить другому человеку с помощью HTML+CSS+JS
Менять страницу на готовом сайте, это скорее всего с помощью HTML+CSS+JS, т.е. нужен Вам точно не дизайнер.
П.С.: на сайте есть, над чем поработать дизайнеру, на самом деле.😉

Каждый дизайнер будт критиковать работу предыдущего) так устроена наша жестокая жизнь) В сайте есть проблема с меню да соглашусь - и верхним и нижним) но в целом все симпатично современно)
что касается кто нам нужен:
есть сырые места с главным меню в целом - хочется конечно все в него вытащит но скорее всего придет к тому тчо просто его сократим до 5 пунктов.
основная проблема щас в стране типа ИСПАНИЯ, это типовая страница, не понятно как меню разместить. в старом сайте проблема решена просто http://tourweek.ru/countries/spain/ -
Я не критикую работу другого дизайнера. Мое мнение, там словно дизайнер отсутствовал, но это не мое дело, я не критиковать пришел. Если заказчик остался доволен и ему работа нравится, то вопросы закрыты))
Вы же просили поработать над юзабилити. Лично я бы, раз сайт на тесте, сделал бы иной дизайн, а такое огромное меню не размещал бы в шапке. Но на вкус и цвет...Вам нужен верстальщик, толковый. Пока то меню, каким я его вижу, оно сильно кривое. Сайт в целом можно сделать шире, не обязательно влазить в 1000 px (размер контейнера на Вашем старом сайте).

это неверное мнение) можете делать любой размер сетки и контейнера, лишь бы верстальщик в этом разбирался.

Соглашусь с Олегом. Дизайн устарелый и крайне не удобный. Погуглите сайты топовых копаний, на behance или dribble посмотрите. Данный дизайн, и вправду отталкивает. Вопрос в том, насколько этот проект серьёзный и насколько вы готовы развивать его 😕🤷♀️
