Strapi - transfer the project

There is a server with Ubuntu running the Stripi backend website in production, NexstJS frontend.

The server has: Nginx, NodeJS, NextJS, Yarn, NPM, pm2 installed.

A script needs to be created that will deploy a copy of the project on a new server. The new server already has: Nginx, NodeJS, NextJS, Yarn, NPM, pm2 installed.

There is already a script (a copy of the script is attached) that archives all project files into a zip file. It copies the Nginx config and exports the Stripi config.

The backup script puts all files in the /home/BackUP/ folder.

I will place all the files that were backed up in the /home/BackUP/ folder into the /home/Restore folder, and the script (which you will write) should start the project on a clean server after running, restoring everything from the backups located in the /home/Restore folder.

1) There is a nuance that in Strapi on the new server, a user will need to be created before importing the Stripi config. So, this script should automate this issue as well.

2) All project dependencies are saved in the project, and I archive them into a zip file. Therefore, when restoring the project, use these dependencies instead of downloading them from the internet. Ensure that the restoration process occurs without any downloads from the internet (currently, the dependency is in the repository, but it may be removed tomorrow, causing the project not to start).

Please suggest deadlines and costs.
