Добрый день, хочу предоставить два конструктивных варианта решения кровли (по балкам перекрытия решение принимается отдельно). Такие варианты уместны при не жилых чердачных помещениях.

изначально хотелось простую в установке на площаке двухскатную, чем моё решение плохо? Про нежилые чердачные помещения звучит неоднозначно, какие варианты уместны при нежилых чердачных помещениях, двухскатные крыши?
Получается ли в предложенных вариантах вальмовой крыши пространство высотой 1,9м и шириной больше 2,5 м?
Не является ли балка перекрытия удерживающим элементом, предотвращающим "распирание" стен друг от друга по причине установки крыши? Другими словами, не являются ли эти балки конструктивным элементом крыши? Если да, то почему отдельно решение по ним?

Балки перекрытия, в этом случае, должны выполнять роль жесткого диска, что запретит горизонтальные перемещения конструкции (перемещения от распора кровли). Здесь все просто, какое будет решение по конструктиву кровли такое и по балкам, не нарушая, при этом, функционального назначения балок. и соответственно, решение по армопоясу с закладными. Двухскатное решение вполне актуально, жилое - нежилое - заказчик определяет.
В предыдущем решении назначался угол скатов кровли 22град. что не совсем подходит для жилых помещений. (низковато).
В общем, Вам нужно определить функциональное назначение и архитектурное решение кровли.

я выбираю пока между двухскатной и Вашим вторым вариантом (вальмовая упрощённая, без изгибов).Чем отличается материалы для монтажа двухскатной и вальмовой? Это одни и те же материалы? скобы, гвозди?
Обработка доски для вальмовой крыши отличается только тем, что срез с наклоном в двух плоскостях?
В вальмовой структура перекрытия неоднородная? Ну, т.е. доски не все параллельно друг другу как в двухскатной?
