I need an animation format like in the attached picture, which will be accompanied by voice explanations made through AI (ElevenLabs).

Therefore, the task for the performer is to create the animation according to the specifications with the right pace, so it is comfortable to listen to simultaneously. That is, not too long and not too fast. I will provide an example video.

I am also considering alternative animation styles, possibly 3D. Or even creating a presentation with text and diagrams with moving elements and effects. This is also possible.

Currently, I am looking for a contractor who, after completing a test task (for 10-15 seconds), can take on a full project of about 20 videos, each lasting 3-7 minutes.
