Creation of 3D furniture models and adaptation of existing ones for AR for the online store

To carry out the project, we are looking for a performer to create new 3D models of furniture: sofas, wardrobes, etc., and to refine and adapt existing models for use in AR virtual fitting services.
The work on the project is for a long-term period, as there are many products.
An important criterion will be the cost per 1 model of a certain type (wardrobe or sofa). The more advantageous the price, the more models we can offer to create.
I am attaching in the file several examples of the models themselves and separately those models that we want to create (examples of furniture appearance).
