I have experience in frontend development using React + TypeScript, including projects with Docker infrastructure and .NET backend.

I have experience in developing SPAs on React.js of various complexities, and I have all the necessary competencies for the job. Overall, my stack is go+React.js, but if you already have a backend developer, I can easily collaborate with them based on the API declaration. It would be great to use, for example, OpenAPI if it's REST. I am a full-stack developer and have a good understanding of the principles and nuances of backend work, so there shouldn't be any problems if the work is well organized.
As a state manager, I use mobx, and for the UI kit - material ui or ant, we can choose what suits you best and style it for you. I can also implement all necessary animations and effects.
In general, I work on long-term projects and will be able to support and continue working, but in any case, I write code that will be easy to maintain even for another developer.

Unfortunately, based on the one file you attached, it is very difficult to make a detailed analysis and accurate estimate, so the amount may change. For now, from a surface analysis, I can only say that the indicated budget is likely underestimated.
