TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Project for the Promotion of Professional TEV Electric Commercial Vehicles in Poland

1. PROJECT OBJECTIVE

A two-level online system should be developed, consisting of:

1. A short, single-page landing page designed for advertising, initial product presentation, demand research and lead collection.

2. A comprehensive technical and information website containing detailed descriptions of the models, body configurations, technical specifications, documents, application areas and customisation possibilities.

The landing page should explain the product benefits quickly and lead visitors towards completing the enquiry questionnaire.

The main website should answer detailed technical, commercial, homologation and organisational questions from prospective customers.

PART I. SINGLE-PAGE LANDING PAGE

2. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE LANDING PAGE

The landing page should not function as a large catalogue and should not overwhelm visitors with excessive technical details.

Its purpose is to:

– explain what TEV is within 30–60 seconds;

– show its main fields of application;

– demonstrate the range of available body configurations;

– attract potential customers;

– collect information about genuine market demand;

– direct interested users to the main technical website.

In terms of length and structure, the landing page should be comparable to the Italian partner’s website: one coherent page without an excessive number of menus, sections or transitions.

3. CORE CONCEPT AND POSITIONING

TEV should not be presented as a small Chinese electric vehicle.

It should be positioned as:

“A professional electric platform for cities, businesses and specialised services.”

Primary message:

“One Electric Platform. Multiple Professional Solutions.”

Supporting message:

“Compact electric commercial transport for logistics, municipal services, technical operations, food delivery and specialised body applications.”

The central idea of the website should be:

“The customer is not simply choosing a vehicle. The customer is choosing a professional solution designed for a specific task.”

4. LANDING PAGE TARGET AUDIENCE

The landing page should address the following customer groups in an equally credible and attractive way:

Purpose:

Large technical tables should not appear in this section.

This section should contain no more than six visually strong cards.

Four or five principal configurations should be presented.

For frequent stops, urban delivery and quick access to cargo.

Enclosed Cargo Box

For secure transportation of goods, tools and equipment.

Refrigerated Cargo Box

For chilled, frozen and temperature-sensitive products.

Unverified savings calculations must not be published at this stage.

Detailed financial calculations should be added only after a Polish operating-cost model has been developed, including energy, maintenance, financing and vehicle-use assumptions.

SECTION 7. MARKET-DEMAND QUESTIONNAIRE

This is the main conversion element of the landing page.

The following should be included:

The main website should function as a complete technical, commercial and industry-information database.

It is intended for:

– customers seriously considering a purchase;

– procurement departments;

– technical directors;

– public and municipal organisations;

– dealers;

– service partners;

– specialist body manufacturers;

– potential investors;

– leasing and finance companies.

7. MAIN WEBSITE STRUCTURE

7.1. HOME PAGE

The home page should include:

– concise brand and product positioning;

– main vehicle models;

– application sectors;

– primary benefits;

– link to the configuration selector;

– test-drive interest form;

– access to technical documentation.

7.2. TEV MODEL PAGE

A dedicated, detailed TEV model page should be developed.

It should include all confirmed data:

– vehicle category;

– drive type;

– motor power;

– battery options;

– range;

– maximum speed;

– length;

– width;

– height;

– wheelbase;

– kerb weight;

– maximum authorised mass;

– cargo-platform dimensions;
