We need to be able to get audio stream in MediaStream format to then use it for other purposes.
This program is only for macOS.
Validation criteria are:
- I should have the ability to press the button, and it will start recording the audio in the WAV file, the stop button should stop recording.
The recording should be done directly from the audio card of the device, not from the microphone.
- The recording must be available as a MediaStream stream in the Electron app for further processing.
- A native library must be available to collect audio from the Mac and send it to the JS-Electron add-on, and the code must be open to update and reuse in other projects.
