The idea of hands reaching out to each other (an allusion to "The Creation of Adam") works wonderfully on an emotional level for the Welcome Screen.
The main technical point here is Lottie (JSON).
Since this is a mobile application, the animation should weigh in kilobytes, not megabytes.
My approach (Startfire Studio):
1. The Spark: I will not use "heavy" raster glow effects that break when exported to code. I will redraw the electricity/spark with vector shapes. This ensures perfect clarity on any screen (Retina/OLED) and minimal file weight.
2. Hands: I will redraw them in vector (Illustrator) in your palette. I will make the movement non-linear, with the right easing (physics of slowing down before the touch), so it looks nice.
3. Delivery: You will receive a valid .json file (verified through LottieFiles) + the After Effects source project (.aep), in case you want to make any changes in the future.
Cost:
For the complete cycle (redrawing the illustration + animation + export to Lottie): ~3000 UAH.
Deadline: 2-3 working days.
