Animation Details
Hand:
Type of movement: every six seconds the hand makes one wave (first to the right, then to the left), after which it returns to the starting position.
Duration of movement: 1 second for each full wave (0.5 seconds to the right and 0.5 seconds to the left).
Frequency of movement: repeating the wave every 6 seconds.
Fixed part: the base of the hand (for example, "mop") remains stationary during the movement.
Stars:
Placement: three stars above the hand (top, left, and right).
Blinking: the stars should blink during the pauses between the hand waves, when the hand is stationary.
Blinking order:
First, the top star blinks.
Pause lasting 1 second.
Then the left star blinks, followed immediately by the right star.
Cyclicality: within 6 seconds, the stars should blink four times while the hand remains stationary.
Turning off blinking: when the hand waves, the blinking of the stars should stop.
Format:
Background: transparent.
File: GIF format or video in a format that supports transparency (for example, MOV or WEBM).
