With Google Ads moderation, we can easily resolve the issue as soon as we unlock your company's profile on Google Maps.
Your main problem lies in the blocked profile on Google Maps, which you can currently see and edit only through business.google.com/locations. I will need "Administrator" access level to this Google Maps profile to assist you.
Submitting an appeal for the blocked company profile is easy: on the step from your second screenshot, click the white circle, and then click "Continue"; there is no need to fill anything out. Usually, such auto-appeals do not lead to unblocking and are simply not approved.
However, even when we correct all violations in the Google Maps profile before submitting an appeal, it won't help much because the blocked profile does not retain any changes made to it (especially if the location name is edited).
Therefore, in case the appeal is rejected, we will submit a special request for a manual review of the blocked profile https://support.google.com/business/contact/local_appeals - this is like an "appeal on the appeal."
We will need to prepare to fill out the special request: scan the company's registration documents, documents proving the right to locate the company's premises at the location address (lease agreement or ownership document or at least a bill for internet/gas with the company's name and address as in the location in GMB), take quality photos of the office location (starting from the street and ending with the door with the sign and a photo with the office door open).
Only then, within 5 days after submitting the special request, will we receive manual unblocking of the profile on Google Maps and be able to direct advertising traffic to it.
