Supporting metal frame (STEP, DXF) development for production
34 USDThis project is to develop a supporting metal frame (chassis) for a wall display, which is mounted in a wooden frame in which the display matrix and various components are inserted.
This frame should fulfill several functions:
- hold the display in place (act as a fixing chassis)
- provide greater rigidity of the wooden structure of the outer frame, i.e. to have a rigid structure itself (to have elements that increase rigidity).
- accommodate several printed circuit boards on itself
Frame material: steel, thickness 0,8mm.
It will be made by punching on a press and then bending the necessary shapes.
Placement of components (printed circuit boards), overall dimensions will be provided.
File format should be in 2D (DXF) and 3D (STEP).
