А разве показатель Google PageSpeed Insights зависит от верстки?? Это ведь полная оптимизация сайта - это другая задача, другие деньги. Ужасно поставлена задача в ТЗ. Жму "Бан".

Да, действительно задача поставлена в этом моменте не корректно. Но я КЛИЕНТ и могу ставить задачи наемному работнику на свое усмотрение. Как хорошо, что нервные исполнители отваливаются сами))) Тем более такие завления смешно слышать от исполнителя с таким скромным рейтингом. Жму БАН взаимно)

Есть пару моментов... правильно и четко поставленная задача, и с пониманием, это уже залог 50% выполнения корректно проекта. Так же это позволяет правильно оценить стоимость проекта и сроки выполнения.
Да, вы клиент, но в отличии от офисного рабочего, фрилансер может Вас проигнорировать и выбрать другого клиента. В данном случае манипуляция с Я КЛИЕНТ, что хочу то и делаю в минус идет только вам) Как следствие, вы второй или третий раз размещаете проект и никак его не можете сделать.
